Key activities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on a wide range of topics, including but not limited to geopolitics, China’s economic, industrial and technology policies, supply chains, and cybersecurity.
- Collect, synthesize, and present both qualitative and quantitative data in clear, impactful formats, assisting in the preparation of client communications and research deliverables.
- Actively participate in internal team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and professional training to develop your consulting skills.
- Collaborate with our experts to shape strategic insights and recommendations for clients.
Requirements:
- Studies in economics, political science, business administration, (Chinese) law, China studies, data science, or related fields.
- A demonstrated interest in or expertise related to geopolitics, international relations, information technology, artificial intelligence, supply chain analysis, Southeast Asia, or U.S. policy is a plus.
- Strong willingness to and comfort in engaging with new topics, industries, and methodologies.
- Experience in transforming complex qualitative and quantitative information into compelling narratives and visually engaging presentations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, coupled with a passion for continuous learning and a drive to grow professionally.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Client-oriented mindset, ideally demonstrated through relevant work or academic projects.
- Fluency in English speaking and writing is essential; proficiency in Chinese is highly valued, and other languages are a bonus.
