Associate
Frank Mattimoe, Associate, consults on and researches policy and strategy development.
He previously worked at the United States House of Representatives, where he provided analysis on China and Russia policy for a member of Congress. He also interned for the United Nations Environment Programme in Nairobi, Kenya, where he researched the Belt and Road Initiative in Africa and Asia and the Carter Center China Focus Initiative.
He holds a B.A. in Political Science and Chinese history from New York University Shanghai, where he wrote his thesis on transboundary water governance between China and Kazakhstan. He is a current Erasmus Mundus Master's student who will begin writing his Master's thesis on transboundary water in Almaty, Kazakhstan in the Fall of 2023.
