Our Team

Jingwen Tong, Project Leader, has extensive on-the-ground project experience in China, facilitating communication between European MNCs headquarters and their China offices. She has helped MNCs plan for China’s emerging regulatory systems from both compliance and strategic perspectives. She has also helped European public sector clients turn their Chinese partnerships into concrete plans and cooperation areas.

Jingwen holds a Master of Public Policy from University of Oxford and a B.A. in English and International Studies from Beijing Foreign Studies University. She also studied political science as a visiting student at Columbia University.
