He previously interned at Carnegie China and Ipsos Strategy3. He also gained experience working at local NGOs and think tanks in Beijing.
Bowen holds an M.Phil. in Politics from the University of Oxford and a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from the University of California in Los Angeles, U.S.
